Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for respondent-State of Maharashtra. Learned counsel for respondentAcquiring Body remained absent. Perused the application. 2.

Present application is moved by the applicants for condonation of

(90) days delay caused in preferring cross-objection in the present proceeding of first appeal No. 2405 of 2014.

For the reasons stated in the application in the interest of justice, there is no impediment to condone the delay for filing the cross objection to ventilate their grievance before the Appellate Forum. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". The delay caused in preferring the cross objection in first appeal No. 2405 of 2014 stands condoned. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly. The Registry to take requisite steps for further process.

On registration of cross-objection, issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 and Mr. Patil, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No. 2.
