In all the First Appeals as well as in Civil Applications for stay, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13.01.2021. 3.

So far as Civil Applications for stay are concerned, the learned counsel for the applicant - insurer submits that the

applicant - insurer is ready to deposit the entire amount under award in this Court.

In view of the above, the effect, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award under appeals are hereby stayed on condition of depositing the entire amount under the award along with interest, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of this order, in this Court, failing which, interim stay granted by this order, shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 5.

Office note shows that all the appeals are filed within time. Hence, the Civil Applications filed for condonation of delay do not survive and the same are accordingly disposed off. (V. K. JADHAV, J.) ...
