Mr.Thombre, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before respondent no.2, against the order passed by respondent no.3 - Director directing that with effect from 30.04.2017, recognition of the Ashram School would come to an end. The said appeal is filed on 22.03.2017 along with a stay application, but the State has not passed any order upon it.

The learned AGP, on instructions, states that the said appeal is still pending before respondent no.2 and order has not been passed as no hearing has been conducted.

The petitioner shall remain present before the appellate authority on 12.05.2017. Till 07.06.2017, the order passed by respondent no.3 - Director, which is challenged in the appeal before respondent no.2, shall not be implemented and in case, the appeal is decided, then till the date of appeal.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.

The appeal shall be decided on or before 05.06.2017.

The authenticated copy of this order be provided to the parties requesting therefor.
