The Petitioner has put forth prayer clauses (B) and (C) as under :

"B] By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions, in like nature, this Hon'ble Court may please to direct the respondent no.3/the Chief Executive Officer, Z.P. Parbhani, to consider and decide the claim/ representations of the petitioner annexed at EXHBIT-D dated 24.03.2023 requesting to give posting to the petitioner within the radius of 30 kms. from the working place of his spouse under the head of Couple Convenience policy.

C] By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions, in like nature, this Hon'ble Court may please to direct the respondent no. 3 the Chief Executive Officer Z.P. Parbhani to give posting to the petitioner within the radius of 30 kms. from the working place of spouse under the head of Couple Convenience policy."

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 / Zilla Parishad submits that, the representation of the Petitioner would be considered strictly in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, with reference to 'couple convenience transfer' policy.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off. 4.

We expect the Zilla Parishad to consider the representation of the Petitioner and decide the same, preferably, on or before 31st May, 2023.
