Learned APP places on record the communication received by him from the investigating officer, which is now taken on record by marking as Exhibit "X". It is stated by the investigating officer that the material that has been collected in investigation is not sufficient to file the charge-sheet and therefore, he is going to file "A" Summary report before the concerned Court. 2.

We take the said statement as undertaking and dispose of the Application with liberty to the applicant to approach this Court if and when occasion arises in future.
