With the assistance of learned counsel present before panel we have ascertained the terms of settlement from Mr. Rajendra Rathod, C.J.J.D, Chalisgaon through video-conferencing. It is informed by the learned officer that matter was settled before Mr. S.D.Yadav, Joint C.J.J.D,Chalisgaon. The original Mediation Report and terms of settlement have already been transmitted to High Court. Therefore, the terms of settlement and the Mediation Report are marked as Exhibit-X.

In view of terms of settlement M.J.C No. 18/2019 pending before C.J.S.D, Pusad and M.J.C No. 03/2021 pending before Learned District Judge, Pusad are disposed of in terms of Exhibit and today's minutes.
