Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 is placing the Daily Status from E-Court Services in respect of Regular Criminal Case No.275/2022 which depicts that the matter is Part Heard. That means, charge is already framed and deposition of PW 1 i.e. present respondent No.2 has been recorded. That means, even present applicants have cross-examined PW 1. Under such circumstance, we do not find this to be a fit case for which we should exercise our powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Application stands disposed of.
