ORDER

Parties have filed compromise pursis. Pursis is duly signed by the claimants-respondents and appellant and their respective counsels. 2.

This panel is informed that the claimant is aged over 90 years and he is unable to personally appear before the panel. Hence, on Video Call, his consent is recorded.

The claimant had authorized his son Suhas Vishnupant Gore to enter into compromise. Documents to that effect are placed on record. 87-FA- 918-2025.odt

Panel is informed that the claimant is ready to accept the compensation up to that times as enhanced by the reference court. He is ready to forgo the amount of compensation over and above four times. Terms of compromise are reasonable hence accepted.

In view of this, appeal stand disposed of.

The Court Fee Refund Certificate be issued as per the rules. 7.

The Civil Application(s), if any, stand disposed of. 8.

The award/decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. 9.

No order as to costs.
