The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Lab Assistant is forwarded to the Education Officer by the Head Master. The same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and submits that, the authority shall take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner on its own merits.

In case proposal of the petitioner seeking approval to his

2 wp 6639.19 appointment as Lab Assistant (Exhibit - G) page 35 is pending with the respondent No. 4, then the respondent No. 4 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
