The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representative of respondent No.1/claimant Eknath Sandu Patil, who admittedly died on 16.11.2023, by condoning the delay of 79 days.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, the the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses- B and C.

The appellant - Acquiring Body is directed to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period.
