Heard learned Counsel for the appellants.

The application is for bringing legal representatives of some of the appellants, namely appellant Nos. 5 to 8, 11, 12, 14, 19, 22 and 23 on record, by condoning the delay periods mentioned therein. The highest delay period appears to be of around 11 years. However, considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 5,500/- to be paid to Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The application is disposed of accordingly. 3.

List the other matters to 13.11.2024.
