Respondent has fled this application for seeking permission to withdraw sum of Rs. 75,000/- along with interest if any, deposited by petitioner-husband in this Court. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent/applicant herein states that the amount be transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Degloor, in PWDVA No. 18/2020 and there she may be permitted to withdraw the said amount.

Perusal of record indicates that the amount deposited in this Court is towards the arrears of maintenance as claimed by respondent. By keeping contention of both the parties open, applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount after it is transferred to the concerned JMFC. Registry is directed to transfer the aforesaid amount to JMFC, Degloor.
