Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if his request for being continued as a Cluster Head is considered by the respondent No.4 as per his representation dated 13.4.2023 (Exh.C).

In case, the petitioner's representation is pending with the office of respondent No.4 and has not been already decided, he shall decide it as expeditiously as possible, on its own merits, and in any event within a period of 4 months.
