This application is filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 14/10/2021, to the effect that applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of amount on furnishing bank guarantee of the said amount. By the said order applicants were also permitted to withdraw 25% amount on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent security. Applicants claim that they are not in a position to furnish bank guarantee. Hence, they may be permitted to withdraw 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% amount along with accrued interest, on furnishing solvent surety/security. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
