While disposing these appeals, this Court had quantified fees of Mr. R.N. Chavan, learned counsel, who was appointed on behalf of the accused. However, inadvertently, the same remained to be mentioned in the judgment dated 31st July,
Criminal Appeal No.451/2000 with Cri.Appeal No.13/2001 2017. In the judgment dated 31st July 2017, following words be added at the end of the operative order :
"Fees of Mr. R.N. Chavan, learned counsel, who was appointed for the accused, is quantified at Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand)."
