Learned counsel refers to that along with original parties in the suit, names of respondents no. 4 and 5 do not figure and further states that pursis about death of said respondents has been filed on 08-03-2017.

In view of pursis filed, objection stands overruled. 3.

Heard learned counsel for applicants. Despite service, respondents no. 1 to 3 have not caused appearance. 4.

In view of that, there is no resistance to the application and since the reasons contained in the same go uncontroverted, it would be expedient to condone delay.

Civil application as such is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of.
