At the relevant time, the applicant was minor and represented through his mother. A statement has been that he has now attained the majority. Respondent no.2 - mother has received the maintenance from the competent court of law. A statement has been made that notices were issued to the petitioner but he did not respond. Perhaps, he might have lost the interest in the petition. 3.

Hence, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
