The husband of the petitioner was terminated from service on 28/8/2012. It is contended that the husband of the petitioner died in the year 2017. The husband of the petitioner during his lifetime did not challenge the order of termination. Now the petitioner is assailing the said order. The petitioner will have to convince about the locus now to assail the same, moreover, against order of termination passed by Municipal Corporation appeal lies to the Standing Committee. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition and submits that the petitioner would avail the remedy of appeal.

3] In light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
