Learned APP, on instructions in writing from the Investigating Officer, submits that so far as Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are concerned, not a single crime has been registered against them at Moujpuri police station, Tq. And Dist. Jalna. 3.

We have carefully gone through the contents of the complaint dated 5.8.2019. In Para No.3 thereof, it has been vaguely alleged that Respondent No.3 is a goonda person and that he has grabbed the lands of various agriculturists. It has also been alleged in the complaint that he has been arrested in connection with various crimes and the concerned police station has registered various Chapter cases against him. However, learned APP has pointed out from the report submitted by the concerned police station that not a single crime has been

(2) registered against Respondent No.3 herein. The learned APP submits on record a copy of the said report.

In view of the above statement made and on perusal of the report, we find no substance in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Writ Petition is hereby dismissed. (SANDIPKUMAR C.MORE) (V.K.JADHAV) JUDGE JUDGE BDV
