Considering the fact that the present applicant is challenging the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahemdnagar, convicting him for the offence punishable under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1) (xii) of the Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,

2 Cr. Appln. 2566/2015 1989, and has submitted in the present application that as he is an agriculturist and poor, could not arrange for filing of the appeal, the delay is hereby condoned. 5.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
