This application is filed for condonation of delay of 112 days for setting aside the order of abatement of appeal against deceased respondent no. 3 and to bring LRs on record. Deceased died on 26th March, 2020, i.e. after the nationwide lockdown was declared during the Covid 19 pandemic.

In view of the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court, the period of limitation for all purpose was extended till February, 2022. In view of this, there is no delay and delay, if any, deserves to be condoned. 1/2

Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'b' and 'c'.
