Heard Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is challenging the notice for enquiry U/Sec. 14-B of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act.

The petitioner has a remedy of appeal. In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.
