By this application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay of 1529 days caused in filing the appeal thereby assailing the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No. 312 of 2004. 2.

The applicants have stated the reasons for delay in paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of the application.

Considering the submissions advanced and the reasoning given in paragraph nos. 3 to 5, it can be gathered that the delay has been caused on account of administrative reasons. It is also pointed out that the entire amount under the award with accrued interest has been deposited in this court. In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing this application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

[i] Civil Application is allowed.

[ii] The delay of 1529 days caused in filing the present appeal is condoned.

[iii] The appeal be registered.
