According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the proposal was forwarded by the Zilla Parishad to the Director i. e. the respondent No. 2 for repatriation of the petitioner. No decision is taken on the same. On 11.02.2015 decision is taken by the respondent No. 2 in respect of mutual transfers, but no decision has been taken on repatriation proposal of the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, if no such decision is taken and if the proposal is pending with the

2 wp 5809.15 respondent No. 2, then the authority shall take the decision on the proposal of the petitioner for repatriation. 3.

In the light of above, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent No. 2 shall take decision on the proposal forwarded by the respondent No. 3 (Exhibit - E) with regard to repatriation of the petitioner, in case, the same is pending with it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today.
