It is submitted that the proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister are pending. The petitioner herein was aggrieved by the ex-parte stay granted by the Hon'ble Minister, and as such, the present writ petition is filed. This Court on 24th August, 2020 directed status-quo as existing with regard to the supply of grains from the petitioner's fair price shop until further orders.

As the appeal before the Hon'ble Minister is pending, the parties may get the same decided before the Hon'ble Minister. The Hon'ble Minister shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously till the appeal decided by Hon'ble Minister.

Paragraph No. 8 of the order dated 24th August, 2020 passed by this Court shall continue.

All the parties shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
