Considering the challenge to the judgment and award passed by the reference Court, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount on furnishing Bank guarantee to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount shall be kept in fix deposit in any nationalised Bank till disposal of the appeal. 3.
