The Petitioner is aggrieved that two Grampanchayat Dispute Applications, filed by the Petitioner in 2022 and January 2024, respectively, have not been decided by Respondent No.3/District Collector, Jalgaon.

Normally, such proceedings are to be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, we direct that the District Collector, Jalgaon would follow the due procedure laid down in
5407.24wp (2) law and after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, decide the aforesaid proceedings within a period of 90 days from today.

This Writ Petition is disposed off.
