Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file the representation/application dated 2.2.2016 addressed to the Chief Minister before the Superintendent of Police, Parbhani and will mark the copy of the said representation to any other authority. In case the petitioner files such application/representation to the Superintendent

crwp603.16 of Police, Parbhani, within two weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police, Parbhani shall take decision thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks thereafter.

We make it clear that these directions would be applicable only in case the petitioner files the application/representation within two weeks from the date of this order.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
