Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, a fresh proposal for passport verification has been received by the Jinsi Police Station. If the Petitioner approaches the said Police Station for completing the formalities on 15/05/2024, the appropriate procedure shall be followed and a report shall be forwarded to the Passport Office, expeditiously. The Petitioner is agreeable.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Station House Officer (S.H.O.) of the Jinsi Police Station will complete the formalities after the Petitioner reaches at the Police Station at around 11:00 a.m. on 15/05/2024 and submit a report to the Passport Office, expeditiously.
