Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In response to the notice dated June 10, 2019, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 placed on record a copy of the order passed in the proposal submitted to the Education Ofcer (Primary) for grant of approval to the petitioner assigning certain reasons. The proposal is rejected. The petition was disposed of on 6th August, 2018 and on the very day, the order is passed.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 6th August, 2018.

As there is no contempt committed by any of the respondents, the contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. Order of issuance of notice is recalled. 5.

The contempt petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
