The learned A.G.P. raises preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of above, though Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy before the Tribunal. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
