We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 3/ the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to decide the petitioners' representations on its own merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
