In pursuance of the order dated 11th July, 2016, passed by this Court, respondent No. 2 has filed the affidavit. It appears that as per the directions issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhule on 30th June, 2015, further investigation has been carried by the concerned Investigating Officer. The learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that the concerned Investigating Officer will submit the investigation report to the concerned Court within a period of two
