This application is filed for condonation of delay 144 days in filing Family Court Appeal challenging the maintenance order passed in favour of respondent.

Learned advocate for the respondent has strenuously opposed the application stating that delay is not properly explained. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed by condoning the delay of 144 days, on condition that applicant shall pay costs of Rs. 5000/- to the respondent within four weeks from today.
