Mr. Bajaj, the learned counsel for the respondents has raised an objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In light of that, Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open. The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition.
