ORDER

This appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company is present. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.

In pursuance of the statement of withdrawal of the appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant placed on record the pursis. It is marked as 'X' for identifcation. In the present matter, pursis taken on record.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the learned concerned Labour Court, in W.C.A.

In view of the withdrawal pursis, the appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn.

The statutory amount deposited in this Court be transferred to concerned MACT, Osmanabad and the appellant / Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the remaining amount of award along with interest before the concerned MACT within six weeks.

The amount deposited by appellant, be disbursed to claimants in terms of award passed by learned Commissioner for employees compensation along with interest accrued thereon, if any.

7.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 8.
