This is an application filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 682 days caused in filing First Appeal.

From the contents of the application, it appears that delay has been caused for taking legal opinion from the concerned A.G.P. Some delay has been caused for taking necessary

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay caused in filing First Appeal is condoned.
