This contempt petition seeks a direction that the respondent should take a decision with regard to the petitioner's application for shifting of their FL-II licence in terms of order of this Court dated 16th February, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 8456 of 2016.

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that investigations are in progress and appropriate decision with regard to the petitioner's application for shifting of their FL-II licence will be taken on or before 25th June, 2017.
