The application is filed for withdrawal of the balance amount deposited in this Court. This Court by order dated 1st March 2016 allowed the appeal filed by the claimants and directed the respondent-Insurance Company to pay the compensation to the the respondents. Thereafter, this Court by order dated 12th October 2017 has permitted the original respondent No. 1/claimants, wife of the deceased to withdraw 75% of the total amount deposited in this Court by the Insurance Company. Rest 25% amount deposited in this Court was directed to be disbursed equally between the minor applicant Nos. 2 and 3 and the same is invested in Fixed Deposit Receipts in Nationalized Bank till attending the majority by them.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that applicant Nos. 2 and 3 both have attended majority. In view of the order passed by this Court on 12th October 2017, both the applicants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount deposited in this Court along with the interest accrued equally.
