This is an application for condonation of delay. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the delay is purely accidental. The delay is not intentional. There is sufficient cause shown to condone the delay. 03.

The learned Advocate for the respondent vehemently opposes the application stating that no sufficient reason is given in the application. The explanation given for condonation of delay is not acceptable. 04.

For the reasons stated in para 4 of the application, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed.

Place both the Criminal Revision Application Nos.141 of 2019 and 219 of 2022 for admission on 12.10.2022.
