The learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners submits on instructions that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioners have been served with a show cause notice and they intend to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the said show cause notice and raise all grounds available to them in Law. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty as is prayed for. The withdrawal of this petition shall not come in way of the petitioners and all grounds available to them in Law, are left open.
