After this matter is argued for some time, the parties agree to remand the matter back to the Tribunal. 2.

In view of the same, the impugned order dated 22.02.2021 passed by the Maharashtra State Waqf Tribunal at Aurangabad in Waqf Suit No. 21 of 2011 is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the Tribunal.

The Tribunal to allow the parties to lead evidence. The parties should cooperative in disposing of this matter and not seek unnecessary adjournment.

Since considerable period has gone and this litigation was pending, the Tribunal to make all efforts to dispose of Waqf Suit No. 21 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date on which
