In both these Writ Petitions, the Petitioners, who are Doctors, have preferred these Petitions without a cause of action. On the condition of waiving the non-practicing allowance, they

Clauses 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5 and 4.7 of the Government Resolution, dated 07/08/2012 have already been stayed by this Court in several orders, one of which is cited before us, dated 29/06/2015, passed in Writ Petition No.723/2015 and connected Writ Petitions.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
