The proposal for transfer of liquor shop from village Thorgavhan to village Bhatkheda is stated to be pending for consideration with the Collector.

The objection raised by the petitioner for the proposed transfer before this Court shall have to be construed as premature. This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Collector to take appropriate decision on the proposal tendered by respondent No.6, for transfer of liquor shop, in accordance with the relevant regulation and more particularly, Rule 25 of the Maharashtra Country Liquor Rules, 1973, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and it is accordingly directed.
