PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of, by giving directions to the respondent No.3, to take decision on the applications tendered by the petitioners under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, in the year 2000, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. On redetermination of amount of compensation, if the applicants are held entitled for enhanced amount, the same shall be disbursed by respondent No.4 Acquiring Body, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from such a decision.
