The caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. The Writ Petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order of the Scrutiny Committee is also dismissed. The petitioner

2 W.P.No.11632/17 seeks reinstatement on the basis of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of "Arun S/o Vishwanath Sonone Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others" reported in 2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 457.

The judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of "Arun S/o Vishwanath Sonone Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others" (supra) has been over-ruled by the Apex Court in a case of "Chairman and Managing Director, Food Corporation of India and others Vs. Jagdish Balaram Bahira and others" reported in (2017) 8 Supreme Court Cases 670.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
