ORDER :- Heard the learned A.P.P for applicantState and learned counsel for the respondent. 2.

The applicant/ State has moved this application seeking condonation of 02 day's delay in filing application seeking leave to file appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dt. 12.01.2017 passed in Special (POCSO) Case No. 05/2014.

Upon considering the submissions advanced and cause assigned for condoning the

2215-2017 criapln delay, the delay is condoned. I am inclined to allow the application and pass the following order. :- - ORDER- (I) Delay is condoned.

(II) Application seeking leave to file appeal be registered and place for hearing on 31st August, 2017.

(III) Learned counsel for the respondent waives the notice of application seeking leave to file appeal.

(IV) A.P.P is directed to furnish the copies of the deposition.
