The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the Government Resolution has been issued by the Government on 15.06.2019 whereby grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel submits that, the respondents be directed to implement the same as early as possible.

The respondents certainly will implement the Government Resolution in its true letter and spirit expeditiously. If petitioner is entitled for any benefit, same shall be accorded in accordance with law and procedure. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
