Mr. Mohammad Waseemullah, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the succession proceedings are pending since the year 2009 but no cognizance is taken by the Atiyat Court. The petitioner may approach the Atiyat Court. In case, such application for succession alongwith condonation of delay application is filed in the Atiyat court, the Atiyat Court will deal with it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
