The Applicants have failed to remove the office objections in the Miscellaneous Civil Applications. By these Civil Applications, it is prayed that time may be extended and they would remove all office objections. It is further stated that the applicants are willing to donate some amount for the treatment of poor patients. In view of the above, both these Civil Applications are allowed without issuing notice to the respondents since the objections had

Each applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad" and produce a receipt of such deposit before the Registry of this Court, on or before 15.05.2019.

After compliance of the above directions, list both the Miscellaneous Civil Applications for admission on 04.06.2019. Liberty is granted to serve the respondents by advocate's notice via speed post A.D. and produce a tracking report on record. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
